Sangiovese is an italian variety that Domaine Kikones' Chief Winemaker Melina Tassou first vinified in Australia. Since 2004, Sangiovese grapes are planted in Thrace with exquisite results. A ruby red, medium - bodied, rich flavored wine with spicy ripe plum, blackberry and violet aromas lying on an oak background. On the palate, black cherry, present tannins, elegant, with a delicate oaky presence from the start to the lingering, generous finish.

A bright white - yellow Chardonnay. 1/3 of the total volume ferments in new French oak and the rest is fermented in tanks with the classic low temperature white vinification technique, enriched with several months of bâttonage by hand both in barrels and tanks.
