Nose - Complex and well structured blend aromas. This wine has a rich nose of ripe plum, black cherry, strawberry and blueberry with spices notes of vanilla, thyme subtle black pepper, and cloves. Taste - Medium to full bodied, dry and warm. The wine has a complex character with great balance of acidity through of smooth tannins with very long taste finish on the palate. Vinification - La Rabassière (truffière in provençal) is elaborated every year for the Truffle Fair of Uzès. Gently oaked, a blend of Syrah & Grenache. The traditional vinification process is placed into a stainless steel tank, during of the next 15 days of maceration the wine is developing his character after the wine is going to a short agening oak process, then the wine is ready to be bottled and leaving it resting for a period not less of 6 months, before going to the market. Place of production - Vineyards placed in the region of Languedoc-Roussillon, France. 60 ha. Clay and limestone soils. Visual - Limpid and clear straw yellow colour. Nose - This wine offers fresh floral notes, citrus fruits mingled with notes of white peach. Taste - Medium bodied, dry and fresh. The palate is crisp and dry with citrus and stone fruit and a mineral finish. Vinification - The traditional vinification process the wine is gently pressing by a neumatic system, to be placed into a stainless steel tank, during of the next days the wine starts the fermentation process under low temperature control system, allowing it develops his fresh ad crispy character, then the wine is ready to be bottled leaving it resting for a period not less of 6 months, before going to the market. Place of production - Vineyards placed in the region of Languedoc-Roussillon, France. 35 ha. Clay and limestone soils. Visual - Limpid and bright straw yellow colour. Nose - This delightful wine displays aromas of honeysuckle and peach. Taste - Medium bodied, dry and fresh with a plump mid-palate leading to a fresh finish with hints of orange blossom and citrus followed by an exuberant mineral finish. Vinification - The traditional skin maceration process, the wine is gently pressing by a neumatic system, to be placed into a stainless steel tank, during of the next days the wine starts the fermentation process under low temperature control system, allowing it develops his fresh ad crispy character, then the wine is ready to be bottled, leaving it resting for a period not less of 6 months, before going to the market. Grape Variety - 100% Gewurztraminer
Place of production - Vineyards placed in the region of Languedoc-Roussillon, France. 50 ha. Clay and limestone slope soils. Visual - Limpid and clear bright pale gold. Nose - Gorgeous. A very expressive, exuberant, rich & powerful nose of rose, lychee, passion fruit, mango and pineapple. Taste - Full bodied, demi-sec, fresh, with an excellent balance of sweetness and crispness and a very clean, pure structure, with a smooth long finish. Vinification - 20 years ago, the vinegrowers from Bourdic were the first to grow this superb cepage. The traditional skin maceration process, the wine is gently pressing by a neumatic system, to be placed into a stainless steel tank. Then, the must is transferred to a cool room with 5 ºC during 10 h. When the must is clarified and separated from lees, it’s placed in a fermentation controlled temperature room at 20ºC. When the alcoholic fermentation is finish, the wine is cooled at -3 ºC during 10 days and filtered, then when the wine is ready to be bottled and leaving it resting for a period not less of 6 months, before going to the market.
